Custom & Rebuild Battery Pack Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup of the completed pack. Because packs are custom-built or rebuilt to customer specifications, deposits cannot be refunded. If customer-supplied parts (cells, BMS, wiring) are found to be unusable, additional charges may apply.

Warranty Policy - New Packs

All new custom-built battery packs include a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Dead-on-arrival packs
• Faulty wiring or welds
• Defective BMS installation (if supplied by builder)

Warranty does not cover: Overcharging, undercharging, wrong charger use, water or weather damage, physical damage (drops, punctures, accidents), or tampering.

Warranty Policy - Rebuilds

Warranty on rebuilds is limited to workmanship (welds, wiring, assembly) for 30 days. Reused cells, BMS units, and customer-supplied parts are not covered under warranty. Performance and longevity of reused components are not guaranteed. Customer assumes all risks for reused parts.

Repairs & Support

If a pack fails within warranty, it must be returned for inspection. Covered repairs are free. If failure is due to misuse or reused parts, repairs will be at a service rate. Out-of-warranty repairs are also available.

Inspection & Refusal of Work

The builder reserves the right to refuse rebuild jobs if customer-supplied parts (cells, BMS, or components) are unsafe, damaged, or beyond repair.
